An excellent guiding principle! I like this quote very much. Constantly learning, improving, and honing new skills is a great way to keep intellectually stimulated. Personally, when I maintain that ideal balance and make self-enrichment (intellectual, physical, and emotional) a priority, I am happiest. Solid advice!
