Awesome! Well written and much-needed. It’s about time we abolished the romanticism of sleep deprivation. All too often, anecdotes of functioning on little to no sleep are paraded around with a sense of pride. Honestly, I used to be one of those people myself. “I’ll sleep when I’m 90!” I thought. Well, I won’t make it to 90 if I don’t nourish my body correctly. Now, I sleep 9–10 hours most nights! 😴😴😴
