Exactly! Two healthy, independent individuals have so much more to offer each other than two insecure, codependent people.

Having a strong union in which each individual contributes and depends on one another equally is the foundation of a healthy relationship.

Depending on one another is great — but it becomes problematic when individuals rely on each other too much.

Independence is an excellent quality to have and contributes to a relationship’s overall well-being. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Joren!
