Without a doubt! Although I haven’t conducted my own research on the matter, I have firsthand experience with this. I have struggled immensely with anxiety and obsessive-compulsive thought patterns for quite some time. Whenever I incorporate regular exercise and outdoor immersion into my routine, my anxiety lessens noticeably and my mood improves drastically! It is incredibly liberating and I firmly believe that exercise and outdoor time needs to be given appropriate attention.
